Yeah, it is a big shame to see Tumblr slowly crumble away into disuse. :-/

Here's hoping that you're able to have some similarly noteworthy interactions with people on Newgrounds (Via the forums, maybe?) in future! :-D

As a long time Newgrounds member, I don't find them confusing myself, although from a newcomer's perspective, I can understand if everything forum-wise may seem a tad overwhelming! ^o^

The Newgrounds forums are due to be redesigned at some point to fit in with the new design of the member pages, so it remains to be seen how much the forums change in future. I'm fairly confident that the forums can only get better when the redesign happens. :-)

I'm sure you'll get the hang of it eventually. The more time you spend on the forum, the more you'll get used to it. :-)

Perhaps a good place to begin would be to click "Create New Topic" and start your own art topic there? Quite a large number of people share their art through their own forum topics, as it helps to get further exposure on top of uploading art to the Art Portal. :-D
